Buried at Rural Grove Cemetery with his two wives. There is also four sons who died as infants, but it is unknown which wife bore these sons.
The oldest house in Foxcroft is located on North street and was built by Andrew Blethen in 1818. Mr. Blethen afterwards built the first mills at Greeley's landing, Sebec Lake, and also the Dennis Brawn home.
